Yes! OOMPH is an Australian made cleaning brand with our total range manufactured in our Sydney facilities, employing over 800 Australian’s.

Do you only sell in Bulk sizes?

We have our domestic sizes coming soon! If you wish to enquire about bulk orders of smaller household sizes please contact our customer service team at hello@oomphclean.com.au.

How much does delivery cost?
A:
For orders over $250, delivery is free!
Otherwise, for orders under $250 a flat rate of $15 is added at checkout for delivery.

How long does delivery take?
A:
We deliver on the same day, across Sydney and Melbourne metro areas for orders made prior to 12pm.
All other area orders placed prior to 12pm will be picked and packed for despatch on the same day.

How can I track my order?
A:
Once an order has been picked and packed, you’ll receive an email confirmation that your order has left the warehouse. For same day deliveries you’ll receive a live tracking link to track your order in real time.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?
A:
During the COVID-19 pandemic all deliveries will be delivered contact free. No signature will be required during this time.

How long do OOMPH products last?
A:
The shelf life of all our OOMPH products is 2 years from date of manufacture.

Do I have to have a business to order bulk products?
A:
No ABN is required, simply shop the range you’re after and checkout.
